Mgahinga National Park

Mgahinga National Park, adjoining Rwanda’s Volcano and Democratic Republic of Congo’s Virunga National Park, also has gorillas. It was closed during Rwanda’s civil war and only recently have any of its animals become habituated to visitors. Jumping-off point is Kisoro.
